Death warrants issued against the convicts of Nirbhaya Rape case accused – [Hangings on 1st feb ]

The apex court had on July 9 last year dismissed the review pleas filed by the other three convicts — Mukesh (30), Pawan Gupta (23) and Vinay Sharma (24) — in the case, saying no grounds have been made out by them for review of the 2017 verdict.

One of the convict is been given relief by the court as he was juvenile and one convict Ram singh has already committed suicide in a rape case which has shocked the nation in 2012. Mother of Nirbhaya showed her satisfaction by this judgement.
