Scared Left Gets United Against ABVP In JNU – President Election

Left parties are putting up a united face against the Akhil Bharati Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in the upcoming JNU students’ union election.

The All India Students’ Association (AISA) and Students’ Federation of India (SFI) are forming an alliance called ‘Left Unity’. Left student union AISF , Whose leader was Kanhiya Kumar, former JUSU president, will offer unconditional internal support to “Left Unity “.

Controversial leader Kanhiya kumar said, ” though we are not fighting direct battle but we are fighting the battle of ideology. We would stop the ideology of RSS and BJP to enter in JNU. If we would have fought as different unit, ABVP would have got advantage of it as last year election.

The report is, there is strong wave in favor of ABVP which has made left union scared. Looking at the competition congress has also nominated a meek candidate to stop the division of anti BJP/ABVP Votes.
