Diamond merchant Savji Dholakia gives 400 flats, 1,260 cars to his employees as Diwali gifts, In a move to motivate and appreciate his employee, Shavji has Rs 51 crores on Diwali bonuses this year according to TOI.
Shavji is a Surat based business man and a is the founder and chairman of Hari Krishna Exports Pvt. Ltd., a Diamond manufacturing and exporting company with manufacturing units at Surat in Gujarat, India and its marketing and sales office in Mumbai, India
Shavji is annually distributing this kind of huge perks and bonus to his employee since 2011. last year also company gifted 491 cars and 200 flats to its employees. The year before that, it spent Rs. 50 crore on performance incentives, Dholakia said.
